guilt free protein chocolate chip cookies
Guilt free cookies? Yes please! High in protein, low in fat and sugar. Each cookie is only 1 point with Weight Watchers! I was afraid that these cookies would turn out dry and dense since I eliminated the fat component. They are dense but not dry! They have a bit more of a cakey texture but I promise they are still delicious! My 4 year olds couldn't get enough! To add a bit more moisture you could add in a little coconut or olive oil. Dipping these in a glass of cold milk is absolutely divine! Super simple, fairly quick, and scrumptious! Give it a try!

2 1/4 cflapjacked buttermilk protein pancake mix

2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 capplesauce, unsweetened

1/8 ctruvia brown sugar blend

7/8 cgranular sugar substitute (truvia, stevia, erythritol, etc)

2 Tbspfage total 0% plain greek yogurt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/8 tspsalt

1 lgegg white
-
1/2 cmini semi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make guilt free protein chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 In a large bowl beat with electric mixer the eggs, egg white, vanilla, yogurt, applesauce, and sugar substitutes for about a minute

2Fold in the dry ingredients until completely incorporated

3Fold in chocolate chips

4Drop by the tablespoon (ish) onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

5Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tops start to brown. Remove cookies immediately from cookie sheets to cool on rack or paper towels
