How To Make grandma's ginger snaps

1Cream shortening and sugar ; Add egg , corn syrup , and molasses.

2Mix in sifted dry ingredients.

3Roll into small balls and roll in sugar , place 1½" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake@ 350° until light brown and fluffy about 10 minutes.
