Grandma's recipe. Similar to "Preacher Cookies" but has more of a bite to it:) I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For grandma's chocolate oatmeal cookies

1 call purpose flour

3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/4 crolled oats
-
1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 cbrown sugar

1egg
How To Make grandma's chocolate oatmeal cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

2Stir together the flower, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

3In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.

4Beat in a large egg and vanilla extract.

5Stir in the mix from Step #2 along with the rolled oats and chocolate chips.

6Place cookies on cookie sheet (1/2 tbsp each) and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
