These are the only Chocolate Chip Cookies I make and this recipe makes alot. They are moist, crunchy and buttery in each bite.

Ingredients For good ol' chocolate chip cookies

1 1/2 c(3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 1/4 cgranulated sugar

3eggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract

4 call-purpose flour
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips (i use ghirardeli)
How To Make good ol' chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the brown and white sugars. Beat the mixture until it's light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract. Continue to blend until mixture is smooth.

2Add the flour, baking soda and salt to the mixture. Blend well. Stir in the chocolate chips and blend to evenly distribute throughout the dough. Drop the dough by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.

3Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool on the cookie sheet for atleast 5 minutes before transfering them to a wire rack to cool completely.
