Ingredients For gingersnaps

1 csugar

3/4 coleo
-
1egg, well beaten

4 Tbspmolasses

2 & 1/4 cflour
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1 & 1/2 tspground ginger

2 & 1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make gingersnaps

1Cream together first four ingrediants.

2Sift dry ingrediants together, and add to creamed mixture.

3Chill dough for 2 hours.

4Form into balls, and roll in sugar (DO NOT press down).

5Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. They will crack on top.
