Ingredients For gingersnap cookies

  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    molasses
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar, in separate bowl to roll cookie balls in

How To Make gingersnap cookies

  • 1
    Prehat oven to 350. In mixing bowl mix sugar and butter, add egg. Mix well. Add molasses, flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
