1/2 cmelted shortening

How To Make ginger snaps for jam jams

1Beat molasses, ginger and salt till foamy then add melted shortening and mix.

2Add flour.

3Knead dough. Add more flour if necessary. Roll thin and cut small circles. Bake for 5-6 mins at 350. Add jam inbetween cookies and squish together.
