Ingredients For giant double chocolate, peanut butter chip cookies

  • 2 stick
    unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    dark cocoa powder
  • 21/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    coarse salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    rum extract or mocho kahlua
  • 21/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate.peanut butter chips

How To Make giant double chocolate, peanut butter chip cookies

    Preheat the oven to 350degree. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the butter and sugar.

    beat together on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Blend in the eggs one at a time, sraping down the bowl as needed. Mix in the cocoa powder until well blended.

    Add the flour, salt and baking powder to the bowl and mix on low speed just until incorported. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with spatula. Transfer the dough to owrkk surface and knead briefly by hand to be sure ithe ingredients are well combined

    use a 4 ounce ice cream scoop an scoop on cookie sheet. bake for 12 to 13 minutes. let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes , then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
