Ingredients For german chocolate bars

1 boxchocolate cake mix (without pudding)

2egg
-
1 stickmelted butter
-
1 csweetened coconut
-
1 cpecans, in pieces

1 cansweetened consensed milk

1 Tbspvanilla extract

1/2 cmilk chocolate chips
How To Make german chocolate bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. This will make a thick dough. Spread the dough in a generously greased 9x13 pan. Do NOT push dough up the sides.

3Bake the chocolate crust for 7 minutes at 350. While baking, mix together 1 egg, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, pecans, and vanilla.

4Spread the topping over the par-baked crust and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Place back in oven and bake for 25 more minutes, until top is golden brown!

5Allow to cool completely and cut into bars!
