1/2 cflour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 cbrown sugar

2 cwalnuts, chopped

1 1/2 cfruitcake mix

1egg, lighlty beaten
How To Make fruitcake bars

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line bottom and side of 8" square pan with parchment paper; lightly cover with cooking spray.

2Stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add sugar nuts and fruit. Add egg, mixing until blended. Press batter into prepared pan.

3Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.

4Cool in pan 20 minutes. Lift from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
