These chunky pudding bars are ideal to have on hand in the freezer for an anytime snack. Kids and adults love them!

Ingredients For frozen rocky-road bars

  • 1 pkg
    cook and serve chocolate pudding
  • 2 c
    milk (for the pudding)
  • 1 c
    graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make frozen rocky-road bars

    Prepare pudding according to package directions. Let cool 10 minutes.

    Stir in graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

    Line an 8" square baking pan with waxed paper. Pour in pudding mixture and smooth top. Cover with foil. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight, until firm.

    Remove from the freezer and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
