  • 4 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    vanilla extract

    Boil first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan for 2 mins, stirring constantly
