Ingredients For frosted oatmeal cookies
- COOKIE DOUGH

1 cbutter or margerine

1 cbrown sugar

1 cgranulated sugar

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

3 cquick oats
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts, optional
- CINNAMON COFFEE FROSTING

6 Tbspbutter or margerine

2 cpowdered sugar
-
2 tspvanilla

2 Tbspbrewed coffe, cooled

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make frosted oatmeal cookies

1Cookie Dough: - Blend the butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla. - Add the rest of the dry ingredients. - Drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet. I have always found it best if I lined the cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2Bake for 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees

3Frosting: - Blend all ingredients. - Frost cookies after they are cool.
