I got this recipe out of Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. They are really easy to make and taste delicious. My kids eat them up!

Ingredients For flat belly peanut butter cookies

1 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

1 ccrunchy peanut butter

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspvanilla extract

1egg, lightly beaten

flour, for rolling
How To Make flat belly peanut butter cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degress Farenheit.

2Add all ingredients in a medium - large mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until completely combined.

3Using flour on your hands, roll mix into small balls and place on large baking sheet.

4Using a fork, press into balls, making a criss-cross pattern.

5Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before tranferring to cooling rack.
