Ingredients For eddie's pecan cookies

  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1 c
    pecans chopped

How To Make eddie's pecan cookies

    Cream everything except flour & nuts put nuts and flour in next.

    Make a ball of dough,put in refrigerator overnight.

    Pinch off small pieces & roll into balls.

    Pat down on ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 325 for 15-20 minutes. until a light brown.

    While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
