Found a recipe for blondies, it was okay but I fiddled with it until I was happy with the results. My family & friends really like them & they don't last long

Ingredients For easy peasy blondies

  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 box
    french vanilla cake mix
  • 1 box
    french vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 c
    chocolate chunks
  • 1 c
    nuts, any variety or bits of brickle
  • 1/3 c
    chocolate frosting

How To Make easy peasy blondies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together dry cake mix & dry pudding mix. Stir together eggs & margarine, add to dry ingredients, mixing well with spoon. Mixture will be stiff. Add chunks & nut or brickle. Pour into greased 8X10 baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven, spread frosting on top while warm & allow to cool about an hour. Cut into bars.
