easy no chill sugar cookies
These cookies are amazing. Sugar cookies take so long to make when you have to chill them for an hour, then roll them, then cut them. These are ready to bake as soon as the mixing is done. They are delish and will disappear in a flash

Ingredients For easy no chill sugar cookies

2 3/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cbutter, room temperature

1 cup + 2 Tbspgranulated white sugar

2 Tbsplight brown sugar
-
1egg
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/4 cwhite sugar for rolling the cookie balls
How To Make easy no chill sugar cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Get your pans ready, lightly spray with cooking spray or use parchment paper

2Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and set aside

3Cream butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy

4Add the egg and mix till combined

5Add the vanilla and mix till combined
-
6Add dry ingredients slowly until combined. It will be thick and shouldn't be sticky. You may need to use a rubber spatula to bring it all together

7I use a tablespoon and make a ball with the dough. roll it in the extra sugar and place on the cookie sheet

8Bake for 9-11 minutes. They will be puffy, take them out just before they start to brown
