My husband and I were driving to our son's home at Keesler Air Force Base.We arrived in the middle of the night and the house smelled wonderful. His wife had baked these wonderful cookies and had fresh cold milk. What a nice greeting. I have made them for guests and shared this recipe ever since. Easy, simple and delicious.

Ingredients For easiest peanut butter cookies

  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make easiest peanut butter cookies

    Mix ingredients together...make walnut sized balls and flatten with fork dipped into sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes.
