My sister-in-law Tena made these, I tried them, got the recipe and can't stop making them. There's only 33 calories per cookie and 2 grams of fat each! So, they are a bite size treat worth eating!

    chunky peanut butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make easiest-ever lo-cal peanut butter cookies

    Heat oven to 350*. Spray baking sheets with oil.

    Beat all ingredients.

    Drop by level teaspoons onto baking sheets, spaced 1 1/4 in. apart. Bake until puffy and lightly browned around edges, 8-10 min. Let cool 5 min., then transfer to cooling rack.
