I have to bake gluten free but everyone likes these! They are fast and easy. I whip these up when I have to take a dessert some where to insure there's somthing I can eat for dessert. :) Peanutbutter lovers will eat these up!

Ingredients For e.s.p. cookies

  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    peanutbutter (creamy or crunchy)
  • hersheys kisses

How To Make e.s.p. cookies

    mix egg, sugar and peanutbutter together in a mixing bowl. Form small balls about 2 inch diamater and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at preheated 350 oven for aproxamately 8 minutes until bottoms are golden brown. When they start to brown they go quickly and need to be watched so they do not burn. Remove cookie sheet from oven and push one unwrapped hershey kiss into center of each cookie. Allow cookie to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
