I make these cookies whenever I don't feel like dealing with the hassles of cut-out cookies.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you love sugar cookies but don't like rolling and cutting them out, these drop sugar cookies are for you. It's a cute, festive cookie with a delicious vanilla sugary flavor. Once baked, they're soft and chewy in the center while slightly crisp around the edges. A great addition to your holiday baking recipes. They can be decorated for any holiday - Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, etc.
