I found my recipe for these. I had forgotten about them. They are delish and have a nutty, buttery flavor. I call them lace cookies as they are thin and delicate and pretty! Keep a watchful eye on oven once they start caramalizing! Enjoy these!

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large cookie sheet. Dust with flour. Drop batter, 1/2 tablespoon at a time onto cookie sheet - aboaut 3 inches aparat. Bake at 350 degrees F about 8 - 10 minutes. Allow to cool about 1 minute - remove from sheet onto cooling racks. When cool these cookies harden and become crisp. When completly cooled store in airtight containers.

4Tip or Option: Before cookies thoroughly cool, you may "curl" them around some thin or thick object. (You may remember these cookies as I have seen them curled in bakeries almost like cheese straws - so you can get creative but has to be done before they cool or harden))
