Ingredients For double peanut butter cup cookies

2 1/3 call purpose flour

1/2 cunsweetened cocoa

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 stickbutter, unsalted, room temperature

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 csugar

3/4 cpeanut butter
-
1 1/4 tsppure vanilla extract

2 lgeggs
-
1 1/4 cbittersweet chocolate chips

3/4 cpeanut butter chips

20mini peanut butter cups, halved
How To Make double peanut butter cup cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

3Cream the butter & sugars together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the peanut butter, vanilla & eggs & mix on low. Stir in the flour/cocoa mixture until just mixed. Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips & peanut butter cups & stir with a wooden spoon.

4Drop a heaping tablespoonful of dough onto baking sheets, leaving 2" between each cookie to allow them to spread. Bake until set, but still a touch soft inside, 8 - 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
