Ingredients For double chocolate cookies

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1-1/4 c
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make double chocolate cookies

    Combine dry ingredients; set aside. With an electric mixer, cream together sugar, butter and vanilla.

    Beat in eggs well. Slowly beat dry mixture into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.

    Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
