Ingredients For double chocolate chunk cookies

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 8 oz
    dark chocolate chunks (2 bars (4oz) cut in chunks hersheys or ghirardelli are my favs)
  • 8 oz
    white chocolate (2 bars (4 oz) cut in chunks ghirardelli is the best one )

How To Make double chocolate chunk cookies

    Preheatat oven 350F. Set two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    In the mixer, cream sugars and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Do not over beat. Then with a spatula or big spoon fold chocolate chunks into cookie dough.

    Drop spoon fulls into the cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 min.
