Since I stopped smoking 2 years ago on April 1st. I have gained a few pounds and "YES" its true food does taste better. So I found a new way of cooking when it comes to watching what I eat. I love my chocolate and this is one way to enjoy with out as much guilt.

Ingredients For dieters low fat double chocolate chip cookies

1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 cunbleached wheat flour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/8 tspsalt

1/4 ci cant belive its not butter

1/2 cdark brown sugar
-
1/2 cwhite sugar
-
1/3 cunsweetend baking cocoa
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/3 cmini-chocolate chips
How To Make dieters low fat double chocolate chip cookies

1Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl (Do not pack flour when measuring).

2Beat butter, brown sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy, gradually beat in flour mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

3Drop 1-inch balls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Back 350F for 10 minutes. Cool on pan for a few minutes then finish cooling on wire rack.
