1 Tbspfat free milk

1 Tbspolive oil, light

1 cwhite flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspvinegar or lemon juice
How To Make dietary russian cookies

1Mix egg, sugar and milk in a deep bowl. Over the bowl add a vinegar to the teaspoon with baking soda. Mix obtained foam in the bowl and add the flour.

2Knead a stiff dough. Roll out the dough very thinly. Cut the dough into little circles using a glass.

3Put the circles into the oven tray. Poke the circles with a folk several times.

4Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the tray into the oven for a 15 min. Enjoy!
