5 ozfinely chopped dark organic chocolate

How To Make dark chocolate oatmeal ginger cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl; mix then sift gluten free flour, protein powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and baking powder together.

2In another mixing bowl melt dark chocolate. Stir in almond oil, almond milk, ginger, vanilla extract, and apple sauce. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the liquid contents and stir.

3Stir in raisins, honey, chopped macadamia nuts, oatmeal, and egg whites. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, place 2 tablespoons serving of the batter in columns or rows. Ensure there is at least two to three inches in between each cookie. Bake for 20 minutes.
