Ingredients For crispy & quick lemon cookies

  • 1 pkg
    18.25 oz lemon cake mix
  • 1 c
    crisp rice ceral
  • 1/2 c
    (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 lg
    egg, lightly beaten

How To Make crispy & quick lemon cookies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cake mix,cereal,butter and egg, blending well.Form into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onan ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 9 to 12 minutes, or untill very light golden brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute and remove to a cooling rack.
