Ingredients For cream wafers

1 csoft butter

1/3 cheavy cream

2 cflour
- CREAM FILLING

1/4 cbutter softened

3/4 cpowdered sugar

1 tspvanilla

food coloring
How To Make cream wafers

1preheat oven to 375

2mix butter, cream and flour until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

3roll dough 1/8 inch thick on floured surface. Cut into tiny shapes with mini cookie cutters.

4IMPORTANT- prick each cookie a few times with fork tines or tooth pick prior to baking. Put onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes until bottoms are light brown.

5FILLING Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Tint with pastel colors as desired. Sandwich filling between two wafers.
