These are wonderfull.Simular to Pecan Sandies.Makes about 2 dozen.Must use BUTTER!

Ingredients For cream cheese finger cookies

1/2 cunsalted butter

4 oz.cream cheese, room temperature

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 3/4 call-purpose flour

1 Tbspsugar

dashsalt

1 cfinely chopped pecans

confectioners sugar to coat
How To Make cream cheese finger cookies

1In a mixing bowl,cream the butter and cream cheese

2Beat in vanilla extract

3Combine the flour,sugar,and salt

4Gradually add to the creamed mixture
-
5Stir in pecans{dough will be crumbly}

6Shape tablespoons into logs
-
7Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

8Bake at 375,pre-heated oven,for 12-14 minutes,until light brown

9Roll warm cookies in some confectioner's sugar;COOL ON RACKS
