A friend from Ohio gave me this recipe--and it was fantastic! It's a combo oatmeal, chocolate chip, coconut cookie--all my favorites!

Ingredients For crazy combo cookies

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 ccrisco
-
1 csugar
-
1 clight brown sugar, packed

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2 cold fashioned oats
-
2 crice krispies
-
1 cflaked coconut
-
1 bagsemi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
How To Make crazy combo cookies

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment on 4 baking sheets and set aside.

2In small bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt with a whisk. Set aside.

3In a large bowl, beat Crisco on both sugars with a mixer on mediums speed about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Beat in vanilla.

5On low speed, gradually add flour mixture and beat until well combined; stir in oats, Rice Krispies, coconut and chocolate chips.

6Form balls with 2T of dough and place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
