My husband usually can't stand cranberries, but he gobbles up these in no time. Great cookies for Christmas.

Ingredients For cranberry-white chocolate cookies

2 cflour

1/4 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 cbutter, softened

1/4 csugar

3/4 cpacked, light brown sugar

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding mix

1 tspvanilla

2 lgeggs
-
16 oz pkg white chocolate chips

6 ozpkg dried cranberries
How To Make cranberry-white chocolate cookies

1Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper down on baking sheets. In small bowl, mix together flours and baking soda.

2In lg bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and pudding mix until smooth. Beat in 1 egg, then vanilla, then the other egg.

3Mix in the flour mix until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Bake for about 12 mins, or until edges become golden brown.
