I just got this wonderful Holiday Cookie Recipe in my mailbox and wanted to share it with Just A Pinch. This is a perfect cookie for the Christmas Season. I love dried cranberries and white chocolate together they are such a good combination in so many recipes and now a wonderful cookie. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients For cranberry & white chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    white chocolate baking chips

How To Make cranberry & white chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven 375 degrees

    Whisk flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt together In a large bowl.

    Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl at medium speed for 2 min or until well blended, beat in egg and almond extract until combined.

    Beat In flour mixture at low speed just until blended. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

    Drop cookie dough in tablespoons on greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool on a wire rack.
