Ingredients For cranberry lemon bars

1 1/4 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 cwhite chocolate baking chips

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 cgranulated sugar

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2lemons, zest of
-
2 lgeggs, lightly beaten

1/4 ccoarsely chopped fresh cranberries

powdered sugar, for dusting
How To Make cranberry lemon bars

1Preheat oven to 325F. Line 9x9 baking dish with foil, bringing the foil up over two sides of the pan.. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

3Melt white chocolate and butter in microwave for 15-30 seconds. Stir until free of lumps.

4In large bowl; mix sugar, lemon juice, zest, white chocolate mixture and eggs.

5Mix in dry ingredients.

6Pour batter into prepared pan. Arrange cranberries evenly into batter.

7Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.

8Allow to cool. Remove foil and bars from pan. Peel away foil then dust with powdered sugar.

9Cut into 9 bars and serve.
