3/4 cvanilla or white chocolate chips

1/2 ccranberries, fresh or frozen

2/3 cbrown sugar, light

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cranberry and white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies

1All of the ingredients should be room temperature.In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda,cinnamon, and salt. Set them aside.

2With a mixer on low speed beat the butter with brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue to mix. Add the dry ingredients and oats by gently mix. Add chocolate chips and chopped cranberries.

3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Drop cookies by tablespoon on prepared cookie sheets.Bake 13 -16 minutes or until tops are golden.Cookies will be soft.
