Ingredients For cowboy cookie donuts

1 cpeanut butter, smooth or chunky

1 coatmeal

1 cbrown sugar or sugar substitute

1 cflour
-
1 cwheat germ

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 capplesauce, unsweetened

1 lgegg
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 craisins
-
1 cchocolate chips
-
1 Tbspcinnamon, mixed with sugar or sugaar substitute for sprinkling
How To Make cowboy cookie donuts

1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

2mix well all ingredients except Chocolate chips and Raisins

3add Chocolate chips and Raisins, and stir in gently

4form 2 inch balls and poke a hole with a finger, through the middle of the balls and place them on sprayed (cooking oil) cookie sheet.

5sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

6bake at 350 degrees, for about 15 minutes till golden brown
