Ingredients For cowboy cookie donuts

  • 1 c
    peanut butter, smooth or chunky
  • 1 c
    oatmeal
  • 1 c
    brown sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon, mixed with sugar or sugaar substitute for sprinkling

How To Make cowboy cookie donuts

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

    mix well all ingredients except Chocolate chips and Raisins
  • 3
    add Chocolate chips and Raisins, and stir in gently
  • 4
    form 2 inch balls and poke a hole with a finger, through the middle of the balls and place them on sprayed (cooking oil) cookie sheet.

    sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

    bake at 350 degrees, for about 15 minutes till golden brown
