What's a challenge cookie you ask? I will baking and delivering to you, a new, unboring, cookie recipe every day until Christmas. Tall order, right? Wish me luck! No chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or peanut butter cookies here. My challenge is to find something different to fill out the cookie tray selection but guaranteed to be so delicious that everyone looks sad when there are only crumbs remaining. This one is a guaranteed pleaser. Crisp outside, chewy inside. A 1950s classic. Make them and know why it deserves the blue ribbon! (Love my photo I took complete with 50s china!)
