Here is a recipe I recently tried for the first time! Very quick and easy and a big success :)

Ingredients For coconut macaroons

7 ozpkg angel flake coconut
-
1/3 csugar
-
3 Tbspflour
-
2egg whites
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspalmond extract
How To Make coconut macaroons

1Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract till well blended.

2Drop tablespoons onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake at 325* for 20 minutes or till edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately move from sheet to wire rack.
