Here is a recipe I recently tried for the first time! Very quick and easy and a big success :)

Ingredients For coconut macaroons

  • 7 oz
    pkg angel flake coconut
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make coconut macaroons

  • 1
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract till well blended.

    Drop tablespoons onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake at 325* for 20 minutes or till edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately move from sheet to wire rack.
