1 pkgcoconut, shredded

1 jarmaraschino cherries
How To Make coconut macaroon cookies

1Mix together the Cream Cheese, Eagle Brand, and Vanilla until well blended, then add the coconut. Mix well

2Drop by spoonful on cooking sheet and top with one cherry.

3Bake at 350 until golden brown. Let cool for 5 min before removing, allowing to set up.
