Ingredients For coconut macadamia nut chocolate chip cookie

  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 12 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    sweetened flaked coconut
  • 4 1/2 oz
    container of macadamia nuts roughly chopped

How To Make coconut macadamia nut chocolate chip cookie

    Preheat oven to 325
  • 2
    In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt mix with fork to combine.

    In a large bowl blend together sugar and butter until mixed (about 3-5 minutes)

    Add eggs one a time mixing after each addition, add vanilla and coconut extracts and mix
  • 5
    Add flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing to combine in between each addition
  • 6
    Add in flaked coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and mix in by hand until well incorporated

    Drop tablespoond of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart

    Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden
