coconut jam fills
(1 rating)
This recipe was one of my mothers many christmas cookie recipes. Although she's gone, i've taken over the tradition of baking all her recipes. These cookies are truly addicting. The oatmeal is subtle but works so well with the coconut and jam. I like switching it up every year and use a different flavor of jam. They ALL work. My personal fave is blueberry and strawberry. Thanks for reading.
