This is a fun dessert to make with kids of any age and a real winner for a fast dessert. The ingredients are always in the house and it's so quick and easy to make. Perfect for pot lucks or just for a treat

Ingredients For coconut cranberry bars

  • 11/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    butter,melted
  • 11/2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 11/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 can
    eagle brand condensed milk
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make coconut cranberry bars

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and the 1/2 c melted butter well and press into a 13x9" pan. Set aside
  • 2
    In large bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well-it will be sticky so take your time. Once mixed, gently spread over the graham cracker crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cut into 36 bars
