This is a combination of everything I aim for in a cookie: chewy, vegan, chocolate and easy! In an effort to please my non-vegan cookie lovers, I added Nutella ;)

Ingredients For cinnamon sugar nutella crinkles

1/2 ccanola or olive oil

1 csugar
-
1/4 cmaple syrup

3 Tbspalmond milk or half and half

2 tspvanilla
-
1/2 ccocoa powder, dark or unsweetened

1/4 cnutella or dairy free cocoa spread, melted

1 tspcornstarch

1 tspbaking soda

2 cflour
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

raw course sugar
How To Make cinnamon sugar nutella crinkles

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 6 ingredients until uniform and consistent color and texture.

2Microwave nutella (or chocolate spread of choice) and mix. Mix in cinnamon.

3Add cornstarch and baking soda to wet mix. Add flour and mix until all one color (brown).

4Scoop golf ball size portions and roll in sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 min. Will be soft when taken out but do not over bake.
