Ingredients For cinnamon chip, and cherry oatmeal cookies

1 cbutter

1 cdark brown sugar

1/3 csugar

2eggs

1 1/2 tspvanilla

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tsppumpkin pie spice

1/2 tspkosher salt

2 1/2 cquick cooking oatmeal

1 pkgcinnamon chips
-
1 cdried sour cherries, chopped
How To Make cinnamon chip, and cherry oatmeal cookies

1HEAT oven to 350 degrees.

2CREAM butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spice; add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in oats cinnamon chips and chopped cherries.

3DROP by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

4BAKE 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

5BAR VARIATION: Spread batter into lightly greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars. Yields about 3 dozen bars.
