1/2 cmore flour if you want a chunky cookie than add an egg

2 tspgrated orange peel

1 craisins

1/2 cnuts

1/8 tsporange extract

1/2 cwhite sugar

2 tspground cinnamon

1egg white
-
1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 Tbspmilk
- ICING

1/2 cconfectioner's sugar

How To Make cinna-bun-cookie

1All the ingredients you will need.

2Place in a bowl cream the sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, orange extract, raisins, and orange peel. I also, added 1/2 cup of nuts.

3Add the flour and mix. If you want a chunky cookie add 1/2 cup more of flour. Than add an egg. Mix the flour mixture.

4Roll the dough into a 9 x 12 rectangle and freeze.

5Rolled up ready for the freezer.

6Thaw the dough and roll out. Whisk cream, egg white until foamy add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar. Spreads out very easily.

7Rolled up ready to cut. Cut the cookie in whatever size you want. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Use parchment paper. Add powdered sugar whisk the cream into sugar. Drizzle over cookie.
