Ingredients For christmas chewy chocolate chip cookies

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tsptable salt

1/2 tspbakin soda

1 1/2 stickbutter, unsalted and cooled slightly

1 cpacked brown sugar (dark)

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 lgegg plus one yolk
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract
-
2 Tbspdark molasses
-
1 1/2 csemi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make christmas chewy chocolate chip cookies

1Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg and egg yolk, vanilla and molasses, beating until blended.

2Combine Flour, soda, and salt in a small bowl; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in the chocolate chips morsels. Drop by tablespoonfuls, onto the baking sheets with parchment paper, about 9 dought balls per sheet.

3Bake in preheated oven at 350* 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven, and tranfer the cookies to cooling racks. Enjoy.
