I have loved these little cookies for years, but never had a recipe for them till now . Hope everyone enjoys them. The recipe is by Nancy O'Dell on the Rachel Ray Show.

Ingredients For chow mein butterscotch cookies

  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch morsels ( 11 oz. )
  • 2 c
    chow mein noodles ( from a 5 oz. can )
  • 1 c
    salted peanuts ( ground or chopped fine )

How To Make chow mein butterscotch cookies

  • 1
    place butterscotch morsels in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, till melted
  • 2
    remove pan from heat and stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts.

    drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, Let stand or set about 20 minutes . Enjoy
