Ingredients For chocoreta mint chocolate brownie cookies

  • 1 box
    ghiradelli brownie mix or any other brownie mix
  • 1
    egg (i use 2 here due to the altitude)
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 200 g
    chocoreta candies(or 2 small bags) ***if you can't get chocoretas, sub 8 oz mint chocolate chips

How To Make chocoreta mint chocolate brownie cookies

    Preheat oven to 375F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • 2
    Slightly melt the butter if it isn't already soft and cream it together with the brownie mix. Add egg. Add water. If it looks tooooooo watery add a touch of flour. Fold in chocoretas or mint chocolate chips

    Bake for 8-12 minutes checking they do not burn on the edges. These are best slightly undercooked
