1 call purpose flour

1/2 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 ccocoa powder, unsweetened

1/2 csalted butter

1/4 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cbutterscotch chips

1/4 csplenda brown sugar

1/2 csugar

1 lgegg

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cmini m&m’s chocolate
How To Make chocolaty cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350°F

2In a medium sauce pan, melt together butter with semi-sweet chocolate and butterscotch chips on low heat stove. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 2-3 minutes, set aside.

3Mix together dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and baking soda) in a medium bowl. Set aside.

4In separate large bowl, add sugar and brown sugar. Pour butter mixture into sugar mixture, stir with a wooden spoon. Add egg and vanilla extract, whisk by hand until well combined and creamy. Add dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in m&m’s chocolate.

5Scoop the cookie dough about 1 1/2 tablespoon, roll between your palms into balls of dough. Place on parchment lined baking sheet with 2 inches apart.

6Bake for 10 minutes. Place a few of m&m’s and butterscotch chips on top of cookies after cooking.
